PRAGOLAB Co. Ltd. is producing, selling, servicing and supporting specialised laboratory instruments, general laboratory equipment and also offers complete turnkey solutions for laboratory set-up, including the supply of chemicals. Since 1990 PRAGOLAB has offered an extensive range of products from many world leading producers. Business activities are closely regulated by our suppliers and are in full compliance with legislation for the Czech and Slovak Republic.
The business areas of PRAGOLAB cover many fields of research within education, healthcare, agriculture and several branches of chemical industry such as; production of food and beverages, pharmaceutics, paper and wrapping materials, raw and pure chemicals and solvents, production of chemical materials for other industrial branches, petrochemical and energetics.

PRAGOLAB offers user training for many instruments within our portfolio, including teaching specific related methodologies of use. We are participating with various customers on research projects in addition to cooperating with research organisations and institutions. PRAGOLAB is the main sponsor of the 'Czech Society for Spectroscopy' (JMM) and also the 'Slovak Society for Spectroscopy'.
We are particularly interested to cooperate in further actions and supply instrumentation in the fields of physical chemistry and chemical physics, targeted human diagnostics using tandem MS, laboratory automation and selected pharmaceutical technologies.
Last year, turnover of all PRAGOLAB business was several million Euros. Each year contribution to total turnover varies annually between sales, servicing and assembly of instruments and equipment.
PRAGOLAB predominantly operates from 3 locations, with offices in Prague and Brno within the Czech Republic and Bratislava in the Slovak Republic with 12, 4 and 7 employees on each site respectively. For services we often work in other countries.
All employees are active within sales, service or order proceeding. PRAGOLAB currently has 19 engineers working within sales and service with expert knowledge and experience in high-tech chemical and physical instrumentation. Several are also experienced chemical engineers. This allows PRAGOLAB to provide expertise and consultancy in analytical procedures for our customers.
PRAGOLAB´s business strategy is proactive and forward looking, constantly keeping up to date with the latest scientific developments and networking with industry to forecast future business trends. This ensures we can deliver the products and services that will meet the future needs of our customers and drive expansion into new markets.
Close cooperation between PRAGOLAB and producers of laboratory instruments and chemicals has been developing for many years with the number of partners continuously increasing.
